Engineering and design

The life of each vessel starts with precision design and specification. Our dedicated team of project managers, design engineers, systems engineers and naval architects offers an integrated package of services, including ship design and engineering consultancy using a comprehensive library of cutting-edge software, CAD, 3D modelling that meets international standards every step of the way. Our goal is to ensure every vessel built is as efficient, productive, flexible and cost effective when in service.

Communications

Vessel communication and navigation systems are essential to global shipping as they keep fleets connected, for safe and efficient voyage planning, both onboard and ashore.

Our skilled communication engineering teams cover the management and handling of onboard airtime services such as VSAT, Inmarsat and Iridium, providing installation maintenance and repair services in ports and shipyards around the world, in the shortest time possible, ensuring risks, delays and costs are kept to a minimum.

Maintenance and Repair Services

Implementation of a fleet-wide maintenance plan ensuring minimum down time while avoids costly unscheduled repairs which can also cause loss of crucial contracts.

In addition to our plan to select highly qualified engineers and technical teams on board each vessel and shore based technical superintendents to support the ships, we are committed to hand-pick ship repair teams of local squads from strategic locations around the world consisting of experienced project managers, engineers and technicians that can respond on short notice providing a fast track cost-effective service for any repair whether afloat, at port or at a shipyard.

Vetting Management

Compliance to Oil Majors’ requirements is among the greatest challenges in tanker shipping.

Our dedicated teams of Master Mariners Trainers and 3rd party vetting teams render full support to the ship’s staff  ensuring compliance, onboard training, and full assistance in the preparation for the Oil Major inspection.  

Underwater Services

Underwater hull and equipment damage as well as hull and propeller cleaning and polishing whilst at sea can sometimes be unavoidable, requiring quick and effective underwater service.

Our network of certified divers diagnose and execute underwater repairs, hull cleaning and propeller polishing services, irrespective of the ship’s location, reducing down time and improving the hydrodynamics of the vessels, thus reducing fuel consumption and improving the vessels’ environmental impact by reducing carbon emissions.  

Condition Monitoring

Our preventive maintenance plan and condition monitoring can identify mechanical problems before they impact the efficient running of the ship’s engine or equipment.

Qualify teams perform independent, accurate testing, sampling, or calibration with precise results. Fully accredited and Class approved detailed reports, optimize and protect each vessel, saving time and money on maintenance.
